Recreate your current website or product the way you want it, starting from what you already have.

What this covers

How rebuilds work

From what you have to what you want

Four simple steps, from your first message to launch.

  1. Show us what you have

Share your current website or product and tell us what you'd like to be different.

  2. Agree on the goal

Together we set out what you need, so the goal is clear from day one.

  3. We rebuild it your way

We recreate your website or product to the brief we agreed together.

  4. Launch and hand over

When it's ready, we launch your rebuilt website or product and hand it over to you.

What you get at the end

  • Your rebuilt website or product, launched
  • Everything you chose to keep, kept
  • The code and accounts, handed over to you

Common questions

Will a rebuild change how I'm found in search?

It can, so it is worth settling before the work starts rather than after. Search engines and AI assistants hold three things about your site: the addresses of your pages, the words on them, and the technical setup behind them. A rebuild touches all three. So tell us early whether the site brings you enquiries from search and which pages people land on. Those are the ones to keep at the same addresses, with their text carried across, even if everything around them changes. If search brings you nothing today, say that too: you are then free to change every page, and that is usually the cleaner rebuild. If being found is the actual problem rather than the site itself, that is marketing, and a rebuild on its own will not fix it.

What happens to my current site while you rebuild it?

It stays up. The new version is built separately, on a temporary address we share with you, so nothing your customers use changes while the work is going on. You look at it there and say what is wrong with it before it replaces anything. The switch happens once, when you are happy with it: your domain points at the new site instead of the old one. Keep the old hosting paid up until then, and for a while afterwards — it costs little and it is the simplest way back if something you only notice in daily use turns out to be missing. The one thing we need before the switch is access to wherever your domain is registered, because that part cannot be done from the outside.

Can you rebuild only part of it?

Yes, and it is often the cheaper answer. A rebuild does not have to mean starting again. If the writing is still good and only the design is dated, we keep the words and change the look. If the design works and the real problem is that pages load slowly or the booking form has stopped working, we leave the front alone and fix what sits behind it. The same goes for one section: a shop that needs rebuilding does not force the rest of the site to move with it. What we would rather avoid is patching around something you already plan to replace, so tell us what you expect to change over the next year as well as what is wrong now. That usually settles how much is worth touching, and it is a shorter conversation than it sounds.
