One Person Company (OPC)
The tools and systems behind a one-person company
Running a business on your own? We help solo founders set up the tech, tools and systems to run a one-person company. If you're still deciding how to register, read our guide to one-person companies in Singapore and Malaysia.
What this covers
-
Choosing and setting up the right tools
A small set of tools that fit how you already work, set up and ready to use.
-
Website, bookings & payments
A site that takes enquiries, fills your calendar and gets you paid, without the back-and-forth.
-
AI & automation workflows
The repeat work — quotes, invoices, replies — handled by something other than you.
-
Marketing that runs without a team
Content and search visibility set up so it keeps working between projects.
How OPC support works
From doing everything yourself to tools that help
Four simple steps, from your first message to tools that handle the repeat work.
-
Tell us how you work
Walk us through your day: the enquiries, the bookings, the invoices, and where the time goes.
-
We set up your tools
We pick a small set of tools that fit how you work, not the other way round.
-
We wire it all up
We connect your tools to each other, so one booking doesn't mean typing the same thing twice.
-
We hand it over
We show you how everything works, then it runs day to day without you, and we stay reachable.

Does this work for my kind of business?
Look at what the stories above have in common rather than at the trades. A landscaping contractor, a pastry school and a property agent share nothing except the shape of the week: enquiries arriving in three different places, quotes and invoices typed out by hand twice, and follow-up that only happens when there is a free evening. If your week looks like that, the tools will differ but what gets set up does not. It fits less well when the bottleneck is already other people. If most of your day is coordinating a team, the repeat work is theirs rather than yours, and what you need is closer to a tech project. Tell us what a normal week looks like and we will say which of the two it is.
Do you register the company for me?
No. Registration goes through ACRA in Singapore or SSM in Malaysia, and we're not a corporate services firm. We set up the tech, tools and systems once you're registered.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Usually. We'd rather keep what's working and connect it than move you onto something new.
